All food vendors need to have their own insurance. If accepted you will be required to email a copy of your insurance certificate. Food vendors will also need to email a copy of their relevant permits. *
SITE APPLICATION: Sites will be left on a first in first served basis, there will be no exceptions. No site will be ‘held’ for any stall holder until full payment is received. Beenleigh Bike Fest reserves the right to move sites as required but only after consultation with the stall holder. Please ensure a copy of public liability certificate is submitted with payment. Those requiring public liability will be charged extra $10.00.
Beenleigh Bike Fest reserves the right REFUSE application and to change floor plan as required or needed.
Certificate of Licence and Public Liability will be required on payment.
STALLS AND EQUIPMENT
WE DO NOT SUPPLY ANY EQUIPMENT.
THERE IS NO POWER ONSITE.
GENERATORS MUST BE QUIET.
ALL FOOD VENDORS ARE TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN POWER.
Irrespective of weather conditions, gazebos, umbrellas and all stall equipment must be erected safely and weighted or secured at all times. All stallholders are restricted to their designated space and must contain all stock and signage within this space, keeping all pathways clear.
RUBBISH & WASTE
If you bring it in, please take it home. Bins provided do not cater for stallholder’s rubbish
Food vendors are required to bring their own bins and ensure they are kept tidy and emptied throughout the day.
This is an outdoor event. By applying for the event you acknowledge that we will operate rain or shine. It is the responsibility of the Stallholder to bring their own covers and other equipment for the purpose of protection for all weather conditions.
If the event proceeds in the case of inclement or adverse weather conditions, it is solely at a Stallholder’s discretion as to whether the Stallholder will set up, commence; continue trading, cease trading, or pack up on the day. Except in the case of extreme weather conditions, the Stallholder must advise Management of their intention to cease trading.
Beenleigh BIke Fest will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever resulting from adverse weather conditions.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Beenleigh Bike Fest is promoting this event as a fun family day out. We want it to be a friendly environment. All stallholders are requested to uphold those expectations.
Stallholders must treat other stallholders respectfully. Stallholders must not act in a verbally or physically abusive, dangerous, threatening or disruptive manner towards other stallholders, patrons, staff or Management. Stallholders and any individual working, assisting or associated with a stallholder must ALWAYS respond respectfully and co-cooperatively to any direction given by Management.
Stallholders must ensure that their activities do not endanger the safety or security of any people at the Market. Stallholders must not cause damage, make alterations or additions of any nature to, or carry out works of any nature to market site property and that, if any damage is caused, the costs of any repairs, making good or replacement are borne by the stallholder.
Stallholders must not operate or use any amplified sound equipment of any nature without the express permission of Management.
PRODUCTS: It is the responsibility of you as the stallholder to ensure you conform to any Australian standards pertaining to your product.
FOOD VENDORS: It is the responsibility of you as the stallholder, to prepare and trade food products in accordance with State and Local Laws. Please ensure you have a copy of your current, applicable permits with you on the day of the market for viewing or inspections
WE ARE STILL UNDER THE COVID GUIDELINES FOR A SAFE OUTDOOR EVENT. PLEASE ADHERE TO ALL RULES PERTAINING TO THIS AND PLEASE ENCOURAGE ALL PATRONS TO DO SO.
The stallholder shall hold harmless, release and indemnify and keep released and indemnified Beenleigh Bike Fest from and against all actions, suits, claims, demands, costs, charges and expenses for which the Event Manager, their servants or agents may be held liable in respect of loss, damage, accident or injury of whatsoever nature or kind and however sustained or occasioned and weather to property, persons in connection with the use of any stall and any work connected therewith. All goods and equipment is brought onsite at your full risk and responsibility.
No responsibility will be taken by Beenleigh Bike Fest.
